Darcie will guide you in this two hour workshop, providing you with the tools and techniques to calm symptoms of stress and anxiety. In this workshop you will engage your 5 senses with proven techniques to calm your body and mind including breathwork and gentle yoga. You will be guided through several techniques during class so that you can use them to help through times of anxiety, panic and stress.
Bring a blanket or pillow for something to sit on, your yoga mat and a journal.
