Yoga Classes Offered


Beginners Yoga

New to yoga or not sure what to do?  This 1 hour class is right for you, suitable for beginners and seniors alike. This class is designed for you as we step you through each pose bringing movement into the body.                                                 


Hot Yoga

When you are ready to take the next step in your yoga journey, hot yoga classes focus on enhancing your physical fitness and mental focus. This 1-hour class incorporates a wider variety of transitions and postures with the goal of mastering specific movements and poses.  Although these classes may be challenging, they are accessible to all students with some level of yoga experience. Always remember to stay hydrated before and after attending a hot class. Temperature is set between 95 and 100 degrees. 


Vinyasa Flow

Looking for a little more movement in your practice? Ready for a little challenge? In this all levels class we will get the body working on strength and breath work. You’ll be able to challenge your practice as much as you want with many guided options. You will likely break a sweat flowing at a medium pace as we build endurance and flexibility. This class is open to all levels and offers modifications.


Vin to Yin

Vinyasa to Yin is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Flow & Yin. We will begin by bringing our awareness into the body with each breath, generating heat and enabling you to release excess energy. The second half of the class will allow your body to rest, sink and release into Yin postures which are held for 2-3 minutes. You will bring Yin (female) & Yang (male) energy into your body, mind and spirit during this class creating balance.


Restorative Yoga

Need to relax after a long day at work?  Come enjoy a restorative class to help disconnect you from the stress of the day.  Restorative yoga is intent on helping you relax, restoring health, strength and well- being.  In class you will align the physical and mental practice of stillness in a few poses held for longer periods of time using props to support the body.


Yin

Want to step away from this fast-paced society and take a deep breath? Then this class is right for you! Suitable for all levels, in this class we will focus on connecting our breath with every movement as we take time for ourselves and disconnect for a while. We will hold passive poses allowing for improved flexibility and better focus. This is a great way to de stress and unwind after a long day.


Chair Yoga

Come join us in this 45 minute class and learn yoga moves you can do while sitting. Chair yoga is the most accessible form of yoga because it can be done anywhere. This class teaches modified yoga poses that can be done while seated making yoga accessible to people who lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions.
