Yoga Nidra means Yogic sleep or conscious relaxation that offers many benefits. Yoga Nidra helps the immune system, blood pressure and calms the nervous system. Darcie will lead you through a restful event where you will experience guided meditation, visualization and meditative activities while enjoying the healing sounds of singing bowls, bells, gong and the tongue drum. We will end the event with soothing yogi tea.
Dress comfortably and bring any accessories that help you feel relaxed ie: pillow, blanket.
Darcie is an E-200/RYT-500 Certified Yoga instructor and has been teaching our YPY community since November 2019.
