Morgan Libby will lead you in sound healing which uses the frequency vibrations of instruments to promote healing on a physical and mental level. The goal is to promote a state of ease and harmony using sound vibrations that penetrate the body and alter brain waves. The most noted benefit of sound therapy is relief from stress.
